Roongroj Thurdnampetch (RJ) is an interior designer with an entrepreneurial mindset and a unique blend of design expertise and business experience. Trained in architecture and urban design, he graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a minor in Urban Studies and City Planning.

After graduation, RJ worked as an architect for three years before joining his family's logistics business, where he spent a decade developing strong business acumen, operational expertise, and an entrepreneurial perspective.

His passion for real estate and hospitality led him to launch an Airbnb business in 2020, which became the foundation for opening a boutique hotel in 2022. Both ventures have consistently achieved 5-star guest reviews and Guest Favorite status across major online travel platforms.

Today, RJ runs a Bangkok-based interior design practice specializing in rental properties, particularly Airbnb and hospitality projects. As both a property owner and operator, he understands the practical challenges of maximizing returns while delivering exceptional guest experiences. His design approach is data-driven, cost-conscious, and focused on creating spaces that are visually compelling, operationally efficient, and optimized for strong booking performance.

Having lived and worked in the United States, Southeast Asia, and China, RJ brings a multicultural perspective to every project. Fluent in English, Thai, and Mandarin Chinese, he communicates effectively across cultures and thrives in diverse, fast-paced environments.

Since 2026, RJ has also been studying Feng Shui as an apprentice, expanding his understanding of how spatial planning, color, architectural form, and environmental harmony can influence the way people experience a space. By combining architectural training, business expertise, hospitality operations, and Feng Shui principles, he delivers thoughtful, practical designs that maximize both functionality and long-term value for his clients.
